  • Prices on our products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product or service without notice.
  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
  • We are not liable to any third party or website for any modification, pricing changes, discontinuance of products and services.
  • Room setting art may vary in size for display purposes. Please refer to sizes section for true sizes you will receive on selection. Due to many different screen technologies and difference in color gamut and pixels, we hold no responsibilities in color difference as all art for purchase is true to color and reproduction off of genuine Artist files. 

 Omissions, Inaccuracies and Errors

  • Occasionally there may be information on our website and delivery services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Returns, Cancellations & Warranty Policy


MADE TO ORDER

All Artey prints are made-to-order in our Melbourne facility. Each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


Change of Mind Returns – 7 Days

 

We want you to love your artwork. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery in exchange for a store credit.

Store Credit Terms:

    • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

    • It can be used towards any ready-to-hang framed artwork on our website.

    • Store credit cannot be used to purchase custom sizes or framing outside our listed options.

    • Store credit is subject to a 7% administration fee

Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned in 'as new' condition, securely packaged in the original packaging.

    • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

    • Only one artwork change-of-mind return is accepted per order. Each customer may request up to one artwork change-of-mind return per 12-month period.

Exclusions:

    • Items from the Clearance section are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

    • Custom sizes, custom prints, framing modifications,  are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We offer a 100% replacement guarantee if your artwork arrives damaged or not as ordered.

To process a replacement:

    • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, including the packaging.

    • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

Replacements are processed within 7 business days of claim approval.


Order Cancellations – Within 12 Hours

Orders with standard shipping may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not entered production.

    • A 7% administration fee applies to all cancellations.

    • Orders with express shipping cannot be cancelled, as they enter production immediately.


Warranty

We proudly offer a lifetime guarantee on our artwork against fading and warping.

Warranty Terms:

    • Valid from the date of purchase.

    • Warranty is void if damage is due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow our care instructions.

If a fault is found during the warranty period:

    • Contact us with photos of the artwork in its current condition.

    • We assess all claims on a case-by-case basis.
